Description
- Handles reservations and booking of guests
- Explain guest services and house rules of the establishment
- Provide exceptional guest assistance in a higher professional manner
- Comfortably handles guest complaints with strong follow through
- Excellent customer service, good communication skills and works with minim um supervision
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent with at least 1 year of working experience in a Hotel or Serviced Apartment.
- Required: Communication Skills, organizational skills, documentation skill and team player.
- Experience in online booking system is an advantage.
- Computer literate, multi-tasker, and can work flexible hours.
