Description

The Office General Manager plays a vital role in overseeing HR concerns, internal office affairs, and contracting, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a hybrid work environment. This position supports a dynamic workforce in the entertainment industry, requiring flexibility, organization, and strong leadership. While primarily remote, occasional in-office presence may be required based on operational needs.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) Management:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Act as the main point of contact for HR concerns, employee relations, and workplace policies.
  • Coordinate with office admin and accounting for payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.


Internal Office Affairs:

  • Supervise office operations, ensuring remote and in-office workflows run efficiently.
  • Implement and improve office procedures for better productivity.
  • Manage office supplies, technology needs, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure smooth internal communication and adherence to company policies.


Contracting & Compliance:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and consultants.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in office operations and employee agreements.
  • Maintain and update company records and contracts as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in office management, HR, or administrative leadership.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and office operations.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote office functions effectively.
  • Experience in contract management and negotiations is a plus.


This role requires a proactive and organized leader who can effectively manage remote and in-office operations, ensuring a smooth and compliant workplace.
