About the Role

The company is looking for a Graphic Designer to join a fast-moving Growth team. In this role, the Graphic Designer will support the Growth Manager across a variety of marketing and design needs—from social media creatives and ad visuals to experimental formats and sales enablement materials.

This role is perfect for someone who is creatively driven and obsessed with efficiency. The company is AI-forward, not bound by traditional methods. What we expect from you

• Design social media visuals (primarily LinkedIn) that support thought leadership and growth marketing goals
• Create static and motion assets for growth experiments
• Work with the Growth Manager on testing new formats, hooks, and creative ideas
• Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Framer AI) to speed up concepting and production
• Support the Growth team with design and branded materials
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and formats to keep our brand fresh and effective
• Manage feedback loops and iterate quickly on creative deliverables

What we’re looking for

• 2-4 years of design experience (internship, agency, freelance, or startup background welcome)
• Ability to work full-time in European timezone (CET)
• Native fluency in English
• Strong portfolio of digital-first work (social, ads, presentations, etc.)
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite, and AI-powered design tools
• A “figure-it-out” mindset and willingness to test, iterate, and improve
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles
• Bonus: motion design, video editing, or web animation experience
