We’re looking for a versatile and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team, specializing in design for a wide range of printing and fabrication services. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in bringing our clients’ visions to life—from initial concept to final production. You’ll work on diverse projects including car stickers, vehicle wraps, custom apparel (t-shirts), promotional items (pens), and various signs, ensuring high-quality and accurate output.

• Design and prepare artwork for various printing methods including large-format printing, vinyl cutting, screen printing, and direct-to-garment.
• Create eye-catching and effective designs for vehicle wraps, understanding proper scaling, distortion, and paneling for seamless application.
• Develop designs for t-shirts and other apparel, considering different printing techniques and fabric types.
• Produce designs for signs of all types, from small indoor signage to large outdoor displays.
• Generate and manipulate production-ready vector files with precision for cutting and printing applications.
• Collaborate with clients and the production team to ensure designs meet specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files and adhere to established design guidelines and brand standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, software advancements, and new printing technologies.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, specifically within a printing, signage, or fabrication environment.
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW for vector-based artwork.
• Experience with SignLab software is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of print production processes, color management, and file preparation for various output devices.
• Demonstrable experience in vehicle wrap design and preparation, including knowledge of templates and installation considerations.
• Experience in designing for shirts/apparel and signs.
• Highly creative with the ability to conceptualize and develop original designs.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines and client specifications accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse print and fabrication design projects.
