The Head of Executive & Crisis Communications serves as the leadership communications expert for the Unibank. He/she reviews and develops policies and guidelines in line with the Executive and Crisis Communications. He/she is the strategic advisor of the CEO and Senior leadership team, shaping and positioning them as industry leaders. He/she works closely with the department head to ensure that there is sound communications plan for issues and crisis situations that the company can implement anytime.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews and develops policies and guidelines in line with the Executive and Crisis Communications. He/she is the strategic advisor of the CEO and Senior leadership team, shaping and positioning them as industry leaders
• Works closely with the Corporate Communications, and Corporate Affairs heads to develop and establish organizational messages. Ensures that there is sound communications plan for issues and crisis situations that the company can implement anytime
• Sets the narrative for the Bank's CEO and Senior Leadership team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or any related course
• At least 10 years of work experience in Corporate communications/Public Relations
• Strategic thinking
• Extensive crisis communications practice
• Project management (organized with attention to detail)
