Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive revenue for SW Equipment and Materials Inc in the heavy equipment industry.

Cultivate long-term relationships with clients while negotiating contracts and closing agreements.

College graduate or above, preferred major in Mechanical / Engineering / Marketing or Administration
At least 3 years sales experience in industry of Heavy Equipment, Construction and Mining machinery.
Good in client negations and market research
Good in Social Media and Office software
Bank work experience is a plus
With driver license
Willing to Travel
