Your key responsibilities would include:

Complete basic bookkeeping and account reconciliation

Complete payroll preparation, reconciliation and STP reporting

Prepare periodic tax returns such as monthly or quarterly activity statements

Prepare year end compliance work including special purpose/general purpose financial statements and income tax returns

Liaise with client and provide general accounting and tax support for their businesses

Liaise with external parties such tax office, government agencies and other professionals

Provide general ad hoc support to the team as required

Eligibility requirements:

Have successfully completed a commerce degree, preferably with a major in accounting

3-5 years working experience in a similar role or position

Experience with Australian tax preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with MYOB, Xero and CCH iFirm is preferred

A positive attitude and great willingness to learn

Self-driven and hard-working

High level of attention to details and ability to work to deadlines

Work Schedule

6AM - 3PM, Monday to Friday Philippine Time

• Homebased
• Must have good internet connection (25MBPS upload and download)
