Description

The HR Officer will support and implement human resources strategies focused on talent acquisition and compensation & benefits. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment as well as compensation and benefits administration, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.


Recruitment:

  • Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Prepare job postings, interview guides, and assessment tools
  • Maintain and update recruitment records, reports, and databases
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer and process employee compensation and benefits programs in compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Assist in salary surveys, compensation benchmarking, and salary structure reviews
  • Prepare and maintain compensation-related documentation, including payroll data, benefits enrollment, and employee records
  • Provide guidance to employees on benefits programs, enrollment processes, and related inquiries
  • Support annual performance appraisal and salary review processes


General HR Support:

  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality
  • Provide HR reports and analytics to management as required
  • Support other HR initiatives as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, specifically in recruitment and compensation & benefits
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
