Description

  • Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining HR records.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
  • Assist with payroll processing and compliance tasks.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in HR functions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in communication, employee relations, payroll processing, HRIS, recruiting, and compensation and benefits management.
  • Working Conditions: Typically an office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and solid interpersonal skills.
