Description
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Assist in the recruitment process, maintain employee records, support HR initiatives, and address employee inquiries.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives.
- Support performance management and feedback processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Help foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or recruiting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, excellent communication, strong recruiting abilities, and effective employee relations skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others.
