Description

  • Manage company accounts, prepare quotations, update pricing, and follow up on accounts receivable (AR).
  • Support sales operations, maintain CRM records, and process orders.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist with project bidding, tenders, and the preparation of sales reports.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support or account management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
