Description
- Responsible for selling products or services to customers through phone, email, and online channels.
- Identify potential customers, build relationships, and close sales deals while working from within the office.
- Focus on generating leads, understanding customer needs, and providing product information to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of combined sales and contact center experience
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) interactions
- Familiarity with CRM tools
