Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in both Japanese and English.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines while providing tailored solutions based on customer needs.
  • Document customer interactions and update account details in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers and provide accurate information regarding products or services.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in a call center or 6 months of experience as a Fraud Analyst

- CEFR Level B2 or above

- Japanese proficiency (N1/N2 – open to both native and non-native speakers)

- Can start ASAP and available to work onsite in Silver City, Pasig
