Are you passionate about numbers and detail-oriented? We’re looking for a Junior Accountant to join our growing team!

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and compliance with relevant government agencies (e.g., BIR).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Support payroll preparation, including benefit deductions and statutory contributions.
• Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support operational decisions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or VP of Operations

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• CPA License is a plus but not required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, especially in Tax Compliance and Bookkeeping.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, and similar tools.
• Strong Attention to details and accuracy
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams or clients.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Willingness to learn an take new challenges
• Can work under minimal supervision.
