Description

Provide text-based consultation services to platform users through email/online chat/tickets, addressing various issues encountered while using the platform.

Offer professional platform product consultation services to clients.

Reassure clients to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Record client inquiries when necessary and communicate client needs to relevant departments for product optimization.

Inform clients of system and product changes to ensure they are timely updated on all significant changes.

Other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements

Possess a strong service awareness. Experience in customer-facing support and service is preferred.

Good team collaboration skills and execution capabilities, with strong abilities in problem analysis and resolution.

Background or knowledge in the financial industry (stocks, futures) is preferred.

Previous experience in web3 customer service is a plus.
