About The Team
The KOL Affiliate Incubation Sub-Lead plays a pivotal management role, overseeing the strategy, execution, and performance monitoring of KOL onboarding, engagement, and growth within the affiliate program. This role demands a data-driven and strategic mindset to develop initiatives that ensure long-term KOL success, driving revenue and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities to guide teams, optimize workflows, and monitor KPIs while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Job Description
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive KOL incubation strategy that supports long-term growth and retention.
- Identify key trends, market opportunities, and innovative approaches to enhance the affiliate KOL pipeline.
- Set clear performance KPIs and ensure the structured execution of onboarding, engagement, and growth initiatives.
KOL Program Development & Performance Monitoring
- Oversee the design and execution of KOL Academy, ensuring structured learning and development programs for new affiliates.
- Design and optimize KOL Challenges & Campaigns that drive engagement, maximize conversions, and boost revenue.
- Continuously analyze KOL performance data, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Monitor the user journey of KOLs, identifying drop-off points and implementing improvements to enhance retention.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, analytics, and KOL management teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader company goals.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for KOL-related concerns, ensuring effective issue resolution.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Continuous Optimization
- Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor affiliate performance and engagement.
- Use data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and optimize for higher efficiency.
- Develop and present monthly/quarterly performance reports with strategic recommendations.
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/influencer management, or performance marketing/management consulting (with marketing experience)
- Strong background in strategic planning, data analysis, and project execution.
- Prior experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
