Description

CV Rumah Inovasi Sustainable Development is a growing company in the construction and engineering sector with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant Admin Support for our daily operations, administration, and digital communication.


As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s administrative functions and helping streamline various processes. You will be working remotely and closely with our internal team to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.


  • Manage calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and send reminders
  • Assist with document preparation (e.g. proposals, reports, presentations)
  • Handle email communication and maintain organized inboxes
  • Help with basic project coordination and follow-up tasks
  • Maintain digital filing systems and databases
  • Conduct basic research related to projects or market needs
  • Create or edit simple content (e.g. templates, social media posts, presentations)
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to management


Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is advantageous)
  • Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a comparable administrative position
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and personal laptop or PC
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Trello, Notion, or basic social media tools
