Role: Marketing Automation & CRM Support

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Makati/Angeles

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

• Build, test, and maintain automated workflows, nurture journeys, and triggered campaigns in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)

• Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring technical elements (UTM tracking, landing pages, A/B testing) are correctly implemented

• Implement technical SEO updates, monitor site performance metrics, and coordinate with the web team for enhancements

• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards to monitor campaign performance across channels (email, social, web)

• Marketing degree completed

• 1-2 years in social media, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in real estate, software, or a startup environment

• Strong technical proficiency with marketing tools (automation platforms, CRM, Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
