Description

  • Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation
  • Process invoices and expense reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records
  • Support payroll and budgeting processes
  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personnel information

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4 years Business Course
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative & accounting role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service orientation and professional demeanor
