1. Process after-sales service requests submitted by customers on the platform (cancel orders, modify address/product information, respond to logistics exceptions)

2. Import offline orders into the ERP system

3. Obtain the tracking number (address error messages related to the channel)

4. Complete other tasks assigned by management.
