Description
- supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers
- inspect materials, products or equipment to detect defects
- enforce safety and sanitations regulations
- direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods
- initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control
- recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods
- conduct employee for work and safety procedures.
- review operations
- prepare and maintain production reports and records
Requirements
- graduate of Food Technology or Chemical Technology
- with experience as plant supervisor in manufacturing of food
- willing to assigned in Minalin, Pampanga
