• Responsible for product planning and roadmap development
• Collaborate with design and development teams to drive product realization
• Conduct market research and analyze user needs
• Develop product launch strategies and monitor product performance
• Continuously optimize product features to enhance user experience

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 2-5 years of relevant product experience;

2. Preference for graduates from 211 or 985 universities;

3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in internet products, with complete design and implementation experience of a product from 0 to 1;

4. Proficient in UI/UX capabilities, able to use tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Axure to produce product prototypes, and understand visual and interaction design principles;

5. Experience working closely with designers to drive implementation, sensitive to user experience and able to proactively suggest optimizations;

6. Familiarity with product requirement analysis methods, able to independently complete PRD writing, flowcharts, function definitions, and boundary scenario identification;

7. Experience with Web3 products, understanding core processes such as wallet connections, on-chain interactions, and signature authorization, with preference for participation in DeFi, NFT, or infrastructure projects;

8. Familiarity with common pain points in on-chain interaction user experience, with relevant design experience in wallet compatibility, multi-chain support, and gas management;

9. Strong structured thinking, capable of sorting out logic and abstracting models in complex business scenarios;
