- Lead and supervise the production team to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate tasks and manage resources to meet production targets.
- Implement quality control measures and safety protocols.

- Monitor production schedules and report progress to management.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in encoding, timekeeping, planning, delegating, monitoring, coordination, and supervising.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, with standard working hours and possible overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem solver.
