Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and tenant communications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and property policies.
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and manage property income.
  • Develop positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Conduct property inspections and enforce lease agreements.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional site visits; must be adaptable to fluctuating schedules.
  • Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, and customer-focused with a strong work ethic.
