Role: Commercial Property Management Support
Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Schedule: Morning Shift
Job Description:
• Manage lease administration processes, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant correspondence
• Enter invoices for payment accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate and arrange annual inspections for commercial properties
• Utilize Re-Leased software for day-to-day property management tasks
• Provide exceptional phone support, serving as the primary point of contact for property management administrative duties.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial property management or a related field (i.e. legal, accounting)
• Relevant certifications (i.e. Property Management Certificate) are a plus
• Proven experience in commercial property management with a strong understanding of lease administration and related processes
• Familiarity and proficiency with commercial property management software, working knowledge of Re-Leased ideal but not essential
• Experience with REI Forms Live for the preparation of agency agreements and lease agreements is highly preferred
• Familiarity with electronic document signing platforms (Docusign or Acrobat Sign) for efficient workflow management
