Description
- Develop and execute test plans and strategies.
- Identify, document, and track defects in software products.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure functionality and performance.
- Assess product risks and provide feedback for improvements.
- Maintain documentation of QA processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong risk assessment skills, knowledge of quality standards, attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform inspections, develop quality control processes, ensure compliance with specifications.
- Working Conditions: Typically in an office or laboratory environment; may require occasional fieldwork.
- Qualities and Traits: Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork orientation.
