Description

  • Monitor space availability and occupancy on a per mall level.
  • Check tenant mix gap, aging vacancies and provide recommendations thereafter.
  • Ensure proper implementation of ingress and egress process.
  • Update masterlist, wishlist, mall plan and market profile on a periodic basis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lessees and tenants.


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in any Business course, preferably in Real Estate Management, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or Management.
  • With 3-5 year work experience of similar capacity.
  • Willing to be assigned in Head Office - Muñoz, Quezon City
