Description
- Assist customers in selecting the right IT products based on their needs.
- Provide detailed product information and technical specifications.
- Demonstrate product features and explain their benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any product-related concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Marketing is a plus).
- Prior experience in IT sales, electronics retail, or tech support preferred.
- Strong knowledge of computers, networking, peripherals, and software.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Passion for delivering great service and building client relationships.
- Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections professionally.
