Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about product promotions and inventory.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High or Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, proficiency in marketing, merchandising, inventory and sales management, and customer relationship management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, problem-solving attitude, teamwork-oriented, and customer-focused.
