Description

·    Follows Culinary Adventures, Inc. Policies, procedures and service standards.

·    Plans and develops merchandising strategies that balance customers expectations and company’s objectives.

·    Analyzes sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges or stocks.

·    Collaborates with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scale estimations.

·    Maximizes customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately. 

·    Produces layout plans for outlets and maintains store shelves and inventory.

·    Forecasts profits/sales and plans budgets.

·    Monitors stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions and price changes, clear outs.

·    Builds constructive customer relationships and team up with sales partners to build a client network and close deals. 

·    Remains up to date with industry’s best practices. 

·    Follows the instructions of superiors and reports any issues or concerns.

·    Collaborates with in-house team members, including kitchen staff and servers, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

·    Communicate any customer feedback, concerns, or special requests to the appropriate staff members.

·    Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

·    Does other jobs assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

Educational Attainment – completion of at least 2 years in College with BS Marketing Degree

Working Experience – at least 1 year work experience in Merchandising

Training Requirement – Customer Service Training, Food Handling Training; Product Knowledge Training
