In this dynamic role, you'll be an integral part of our team, working in close partnership with Hiring Managers, TA Partners, and fellow Sourcers. Together, we'll delve deep into the intricacies of each role, the dynamics of our teams, and how they seamlessly integrate within our broader organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in the talent acquisition process, ensuring we identify and engage the most qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Harness the power of complex sourcing techniques and tap into open-source communities to proactively seek out and engage passive candidates.
  • Your keen eye will review candidate profiles and conduct preliminary interviews, assessing their potential fit before presenting them to TA Partners or Business.
  • Your dedication will extend to managing any necessary online assessments or tests, ensuring candidates' readiness.
  • With a primary focus on direct talent sourcing, you'll be our go-to expert. When needed, you'll collaborate with panel agency contacts to enrich our sourcing endeavors.
  • Building talent pipelines and nurturing talent pools will be your forte, ensuring a steady flow of exceptionally qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Your meticulous touch will maintain our candidate database in iCIMS, guaranteeing data accuracy and easy accessibility.

Job Requirements
  • A

    career break of at least 3 years and a strong desire to reintegrate into the workforce.
  • Ideally 3yrs+ experience sourcing for Cloud sales/Technical roles.
  • Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques 
  • Experience working as a Sourcer in-house for a Technology led company or gained relevant experience from an Agency OR RPO where you had to spend a lot of time finding new candidates
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment 
  • Strong ability to engage active and passive candidates
  • Drive to maintain 20+ calls/screenings per day
  • Multitasking, structured, autonomous, self-starter, tech-savvy
  • Language: Local Language & Fluent English with perfect excellent oral and written communication
