Description

  • Conduct daily safety inspections of electrical construction activities, tools, and equipment to identify potential hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and all applicable electrical safety codes.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses related to electrical systems and prepare detailed reports with corrective action plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide safety recommendations before the start of any new electrical work.
  • Monitor proper installation and maintenance of temporary and permanent electrical systems on-site.
  • Provide safety orientation and regular toolbox meetings to electricians and construction workers.
  • Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and site supervisors to plan safe work execution.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid or initiate emergency protocols when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (any related field)
  • BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) training certificate
  • Other relevant certifications (e.g., Scaffold Safety, Electrical Safety, Working at Heights) are a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 1–3 years relevant experience as a Safety Officer in construction, manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
  • Experience in handling safety compliance for high-risk work (e.g., electrical, confined space, elevated work) is an advantage.


Other Requirements:

  • Physically fit and willing to work in construction or industrial environments.
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites or field locations.
