Description

Account Executive is responsible for customer relationship management (CRM) which includes significant tasks starting from creating new leads to conversion of leads, customer retention, and maintaining a healthy business relationship with our customers. Their focus is to get the company product into the hands of customers. Account Executive function includes the following but not limited to:


1. Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

2. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

3. Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

4. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

5. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

6. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

7. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

8. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

9. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

10. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

1. Proven work experience as Account Executive/Sales Representative

2. Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

3. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

4. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

5. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

6. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

7. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

8. Technologically competent
