Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Remote – Philippines Based

Type: Full-Time

As we scale rapidly, we’re investing in a dedicated global team to manage and grow customer relationships with precision and care.

We’re hiring Sales Account Managers based in the Philippines to manage, retain, and grow our U.S.-based retail accounts. This is a relationship-focused role, ideal for professionals with remote sales experience, strong CRM skills, and the ability to thrive while working U.S. time zones.


  • Manage a portfolio of active retail clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our catalog
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, questions, and order support
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts
  • Track account performance and maintain accurate CRM data (Go High Level & Odoo)
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Monitor account health and proactively address any issues or concerns

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales account management or client-facing sales
  • Previous remote sales or BPO experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours
  • Proficient in CRM and ERP systems (Go High Level and Odoo preferred)
