Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, website, phone, and other online platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and shipping.
  • Manage online platforms such as the company website, Facebook Page, Pickaroo, Grab, and others.
  • Process online orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Arrange delivery or dispatch of online orders through company delivery or third-party services (e.g., Lalamove).
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
  • Provide after-sales support to online customers and clients.
  • Monitor online inventory levels and coordinate with the Supply Chain team for timely order fulfillment.
  • Sales Team Support
  • Assist the sales and marketing team in developing and executing promotional campaigns to boost online sales.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team for various sales and marketing activities.
  • Collaboration with Supply Chain
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain and production teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HRM, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including online sales platforms and delivery applications (e.g., Lalamove, Grab).
  • Passion for food and a willingness to learn about seafood products and industry trends.
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to evolving business needs.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
