Description
- Handling, updating, and assisting with day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries.
- Assisting marketing assistants/BMs on pre-screening documents/requirements submitted by loan consultants.
- Boost sales engagement of assigned loan consultants per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
- Assist in the recruitment and Onboarding of new loan consultants.
- Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick kills, and implement approved solutions on a case-by-case basis.
- Assist/execute programs implemented by the Trade Marketing Department.
- Willing to be trained in Ortigas, Pasig City, for two (2) days (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company)
Requirements
- 1-2 Years Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business-related course, relevant experience in banking and finance.
- Process-oriented and technology-inclined, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can communicate confidentially—both written and verbal—and is able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.
