MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Meet monthly and quarterly quota in line with Sales Performance Policy
· Meet target inquiries daily
· Submit required reports daily
· Follow standard format of quotations and proposals for sending to clients
· Assist in scheduled sales events planning, preparation and facilitation
· Initiate marketing activities that may boost sales
· Maintain excellent rapport and business relationship with clients
· Memorize Servicing and Warranty guidelines
· Strictly follow rules and regulations, process and procedures set by the company and ensure that all responsibilities assigned to you are completed accurately and on time
· Pull Out units as necessary if company authorized driver
· Assigned tasks for MG – Cebu Central.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Showroom schedule must be strictly followed along with the responsibilities connected with it such as cleanliness and orderliness of the area, replenishment of brochures, quotation pad, regulating equipment’s hours of operation and anything that may promote premium feel for clients
· Test Drive, Reservation, Referral, Trade In, Commission Claim, Day Off and Releasing Processes must be strictly followed
· Unit Preparation, Sales Invoicing, Insurance Policy must be requested on time
· All needed documentations must be signed by clients prior to releasing
· After Sales call must be done 3 days after the unit is released
· Must adhere to assigned schedule
· Other tasks assigned related to the demands of the business
