Description
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination.
- Manage sales documents and ensure timely reporting.
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and sales events.
- Support lead generation and follow-up activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in sales or coordination roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ODOO software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist sales team with scheduling, client communication, and processing orders; maintain sales records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time hours; may involve occasional travel for meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, and adaptable to changing situations.
