Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote products/services to customers, highlighting key benefits.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
