Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and promote products/services to customers, highlighting key benefits.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand business opportunities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
