Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
- Analyze sales data to optimize sales processes and performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and forecasts.
Requirements
- Job Title: Sales Manager
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales strategy and management, key account management, organization skills, and real estate knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive real estate sales.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive attitude.
- With own sales team (at least 5 salesperson)
- Willing to process PRC and DHSUD accreditation
