Descrição:
- Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies.
- Support inventory management and maintain accurate product displays.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage product orders.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong inventory management, effective public speaking, sales training, and sales management skills. Must excel in teamwork.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in inventory tracking, support sales efforts, and participate in team meetings.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with possible weekend and holiday shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator with a positive attitude.
