Description

S.Y. Industrial Corporation is a trade and manufacturing company specializing in plastic promotional items (food keepers, canisters, tumblers, bags, etc.) and other non-plastic promotional products. We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and manage end-to-end project execution.


  • Identify and engage potential clients through emails, calls, and site visits.
  • Handle and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring repeat business
  • Develop quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers to support production requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, and documentation) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee project development from planning to production, including logistics, supplier coordination, and status updates.
  • Maintain accurate records, project reports, and documentation.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • With experience in the promotional products or related trade industry is a strong advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident and assertive—able to engage with strong personalities and senior-level clients
  • Strong sense of initiative, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Willing to learn and unafraid to ask questions or negotiate
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply—especially those with a go-getter attitude
