Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development processes.
• JIRA expertise or equivalent Agile project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Rally).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Proficient in Agile techniques such as story refinement, estimation, velocity tracking, and retrospectives.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams on planning and problem-solving.
• Experience in identifying and resolving blockers to improve team effectiveness.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT, with 1-2 years of experience handling a development team with Agile methodology expertise.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.

Experience:

IT industry: 3 years (Required)
