The main responsibilities of a SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER include:
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans in partnership with senior leaders.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition.
Design effective candidate assessment tools (e.g., interview guides, reference questions) to optimize hiring efficiency and objectivity.
Lead talent strategies that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion across multiple markets.
Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
Challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders to ensure a data-driven, unbiased selection process.
Leverage recruitment metrics and insights to inform decision-making, balancing data with strategic intuition.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within technical teams at a tech company. However, candidates with 8+ years of experience in a senior-level Sourcing role, specializing in international and tech hiring, will also be considered.
Proven experience working with international teams and offices.
Background in launching new offices or establishing recruitment operations in a new region.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, bringing structure and efficiency to evolving hiring needs.
Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
Expertise in proactive talent sourcing and long-term relationship-building with passive candidates.
Strong sense of urgency, data-driven mindset, and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
