Description
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the overall operational strategy of the company.
- Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and cost control.
- Manage the operations team to ensure achievement of goals.
- Analyze market dynamics and formulate corresponding operational strategies.
- Coordinate resources across departments to promote cross-departmental collaboration.
- Regularly report operational data to provide decision-making support.
Requirements
- Background in exchanges, excellent proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), preference will be given to candidates with experience in the same position at leading exchanges, work in Singapore, work visa will be provided, salary is OPEN for negotiation
