  • Responsible for the overall operation and success of a retail store.
  • This includes managing staff, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the store's operational standards.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business or retail management being preferred or even required for some roles.
  • Several years of experience in retail, including supervisory experience, are usually necessary.
  • Key skills include strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
