Description

  • Oversee daily operations and manage team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to staff.
  • Monitor productivity and implement improvements.
  • Conduct regular meetings and provide feedback.
  • Assist in problem resolution and conflict management.
  • Prepare reports on team performance and productivity.
  • Endorse custom design or special product orders to the Digital Operations team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to drive sales, implement promotions, and achieve sales targets


Requirements

  • Job Title: Supervisor
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, inventory management, sales management, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive sales performance.
