Requirements
- Updating of BIR 2303 or Certificate of registration
- Submission of GIS to SEC Portal for all existing corporations
- Affidavit of Non-operations for non-operational corporations
- Handle BIR audit or any case may arise
- Perform and hoc assigned tasks to ensure the company’s compliance with gov’t rules and regulations
