Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Engage in friendly conversations to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns to nurture potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Continuously improve communication skills through feedback and training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
