Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Present and promote products/services effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record and update customer information accurately.
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize scripts.
- Handle objections and provide solutions promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required, but a background in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales is acceptable.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in sales management, excellent customer relationship management, and sales support abilities.
- Working Conditions: Typically works in an office setting; may involve long hours on the phone.
- Qualities and Traits: Outgoing, persuasive, resilient, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Can start ASAP.
- Willing to work with foreign nationals.
- Day shift only.
